Try this first
- Connect to the internet and open the plugin. It checks in with the license server on its own within about 30 seconds, and often fixes itself.
- Still not activated? Activate again. Open the plugin's license page and enter your license key and email. They are in your purchase email.
- No key to hand? Use Restore. It brings back every license on your email in one go.
Your license is safe on the server the whole time. Nothing here costs you a license.
What you see
- Clarity Delay: the license page says "Not activated", the badge says INACTIVE, and the audio is bypassed.
Why it happens
This computer looks new to the license. Renaming the computer, a major operating system upgrade, or reinstalling it all make the plugin see a new machine (errors 1103 and 3101). Activating again takes a seat; if all three are in use, free the old one first.
The license file is gone or damaged. A fresh install, a cleanup tool or a damaged file (errors 1101 and 1102). Activate again and the plugin writes a new one.
Clarity Delay 1.1.x went 30 days offline. Those versions' licenses must check in every 30 days (error 1104). Go online and open the plugin; it checks in and unlocks on its own. Clarity Delay 1.2.0 and later never need to check in, so updating to 1.2.0 stops this for good.
Your license changed. If the license page shows a note such as "on hold" or "no longer active", the license was refunded, disputed, transferred or revoked (errors 2102 and 2103). Email us; activating again will not help.
A trial that has ended shows "Trial expired" instead; see How trials work.
Still stuck?
If it will not activate while online, the plugin may be blocked from the license server; see Firewalls, proxies and captive portals. Otherwise email dsp@raytownproductions.com with the plugin name, its version, and what the license page says.
